LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Emergency crews are responding to a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 44.Our Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX helicopter is flying over the area, located on I-44 westbound headed to I-270 NB in the Kirkwood area, where the car can be seen turned on its side. LOUIS - A talent show is giving veterans a new opportunity to express themselves through art.Wednesday night was the first night of the 'Veterans Association's Got Talent' event at the Jefferson Barracks in south county. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - 18 first responders are being honored Thursday for "heroic acts beyond the call of duty."Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe will present ten Missouri Medals of Valor to those who performed an act of exceptional courage to save a life. He'll also present nine Red, White, and Blue Heart Awards to first responders seriously or fatally injured in the line of duty. ‘Ice-cold bandits’ wanted in St. Louis County business break-in Six of those awards are being given posthumously.One of those honorees is fallen St. Louis firefighter Benjamin Polson. LOUIS - The Missouri Supreme Court is reviewing cases that could overturn three new laws across the state.On Wednesday, attorneys from St. Louis City asked the court to toss out a law requiring cities to cover the costs of damages when police officers are found liable in misconduct cases. The second case is over whether a law cracking down on homeless encampments is constitutional. Construction on a new mixed-use business community in Broomfield is underway this month – the first phase of a $125 million project.At the intersection of North Simms Street and West 112th Avenue, the 81-acre Simms Technology Park will span almost 600,000 square feet of office and flex space.
